The only personal data retained by the Parish Meeting is:

i) The name, address and email address of village members. This is used to communicate Agendas and Minutes of the Parish Meetings and other matters of village governance and relevance. All villagers on the circulation list for communications have given their explicit consent to be there.

ii) Information about whether a village member is on the Electoral Register. This is required by the Chairman to validate voting at the Parish Meeting.

All data is held securely and is never shared with any other organisation or individual other than the elected Chairman of the Parish Meeting. Group communications are undertaken using blind copy emails only.

On leaving the village, an individual's records are deleted unless the Parish Meeting is requested otherwise by the individual concerned.
